Utley - 4/15 POD

Chase Utley and his Pat Riley hair won top honors yesterday as he went 2-4, 2HRs and 4RBIs...and this is good news for one, Dan Rychener, who unofficially already has 7 HRs on the year, and 3 this week!...Looks like we found an early RTTC MVP candidate...no pressure Dan

4/13 POD

Last night Ty Wigginton was the top dog as he went 2-5, 2HR and 3RBIs, but his Orioles lost again...No one picked Ty this week and not sure anyone ever will...

4/12 POD - A Jones

Andruw Jones with the biggest day yesterday going 3-4, 2HRs, 4RBIs...I dont believe Andruw has ever been picked in RTTC history...but if he gets more playing time this year, he definately is capable...

WEEK 2 Preview

This week Ryan Howard is the majority pick as 7 people picked him. Last weeks majority pick Kendry Morales didn't do much as he only got 6 hits...

23 players were selected this week, and only 8 have players have been selected in both of the first two weeks...

Top off the radar pick: I like W Rychener's pick of Garrett Jones, seems like all he does it drop bombs....we'll see

Good Luck this week!

WEEK 1 RESULTS

The 1st week is the books and a veteran and a rookie share the top honors..

STUDS OF THE WEEK...Last year's Batting Average Champ is back at it...Jared Bindel went 9/24 last week with 4HRs and 10RBIs(clutch 2-run HR last night in the 9th by Albert for ya.) And we have a rookie making a splash in his debut week...Andy Brink went 10/20 and had 3HR and 10RBIs...In case you forgot this year the SOW actually means $25 to the winners by adding up the hits HRs, and RBIs...and since they both put up a 23 they each get $12.50 in the credit column...
(To all of the rookies, you are probably curious about the picture above....its a tradition unlike any other in RTTC...I type in something to do with the STUDS in Google Images and see what pops up....so this week it was Brink Jared, which of course is an album by Brink, produced by some Jared guy)

DUDS OF THE WEEK...Joe Kapcar and Doug Krauss both ended the week with only 1 lowsy hit....Joe probably didn't care much becasue he just got engaged last weekend! Congrats Joey... and Doug also has his mind on other things too as his daughter is expecting a child anytime here in the upcoming weeks...These 2 need to get their heads back in the game...

STAT OF THE WEEK...Clark Carroll had 8 RBIs last week, which puts him on pace to get 208 this year(impossible)....the previous 2 years he has 187 total...
