WEEK 26 Results

Wow, what a finish to the season...there will be a documentary on 9/28/2011 some day....lets recap our last week

STUD OF THE WEEK -Vince Salvatore

Vince finished out the season with a bang and went with a very smart pick...most players went with a player from a team that was in a close finish for the wild cards, but Vince went with Matt Kemp (4/13, 2 HR, 6 RBIs) who recently said he would rather have a 40HR -40SB season, than get MVP...so you know he was aware of his stats...he had 37 HRs entering the week....falling 1 shy of his 40-40...he did have 40 SB....and he will probably get that MVP as well...Good Pick Vince...He finishes the season 4th on the money leaders list at $83.32 (end of season prize $ not added yet) (Google Pic - SV3)

DUDS of the WEEK - Ty Meyer, David Rossi

Ty My went with his favorite player Ty Wigginton and he had nothing this week...Rossi went with Konerko, who was hurt and didn't play all week...

WEEK 25 RECAP - 3 DAYS TO GO

STUDs OF THE WEEK - LEONARD, TODD G, DOUG K, MATHEWS, PENNINGTON, M BADENHOP

These 6 guys all went with Jacoby Ellsbury who went 13-34 with 4 HRS and 7 RBIs...(24 pts)...Ellsbury could very well be headed to his 1st AL MVP award this year...Mathews (3rd SOTW) has the BA Championship pretty much wrapped up and is now in fight to get a top 3 finich in RBIs...It was the first SOTW for Leonard, Todd G, and M Badenhop, and the 2nd SOTW for Doug K, and Pennington...(Google Pic - 6er)

DUDS OF THE WEEK - Bindel, Krista Krauss

They both went with Aramis Ramirez, who got injured during the week and only managed 7 at bats and got only 1 hit...They both have no shot at a year end top 3, and can only hope for a week 26 SOTW...

Week 26 is only going to be 3 days long, so anyone that can manage 10 points should be in good position to cash...

BA

I am going to go out on a limb saying that Mathews has this wrapped up, with Price in 2nd...3rd place is going to be a battle between Sigler and Jess Kapcar...

HR

Punches has this one wrapped up....2nd place is probably going to Wyse...3rd place is currently tied between Cowan and Banks at 38...4 others are within 2 of that..

RBI

Riether has this one wrapped up...2nd and 3rd will go down to the last day...5 guys within 4 of 2nd place...

I will update the leaders every morning here thru Thursday....
