MAYBE GRADY CAN PITCH TOO?

Grady Sizemore was the player of the day yesterday going 2-5 with 2 Homers and 4 RBIs. Unfortunately, the Tribe forgot to send any pitchers to Arlington this week as the got swept by the Rangers. Let's hope they show up in Cleveland today. Good pick by T-roy Brooks and by rookie Ryan Jones.

Cabrera gets 2

Last nights top player was Miguel Cabrera..He was 3-4, 2 of his hits left the yard and added 4 RBIs. Carroll and Kapcar are on the board. I am pretty sure it took Clark about 2 months last yr to get 2 HRs...

Big Al

One of yesterdays top performers was the one and only, Albert Poo-Holes...he had a dong and 2 RBIs...Congrats Willie on your 1st career HR

HanRam: Big Opener

What a start for a few who picked Hanley Ramirez(Leonard, DaKrauss, Plymale). He went yard and added 5 RBIs. To give you rookies an idea of how big that is...last year if you averaged 5 RBIs per week, you would have taken home 1st place for the year. So, huge start for you 3, now the rest of us can only hope for a strained abdominal for him today.

Also, an FYI, a new rookie joined late yesterday after I sent the picks out. Shawn Herlihy picked Jason Bay.

So that brings this years total # of Racers to an all-time high of 41, with 17 of them competing for Rookie of the Year(which earns you nothing, except for a sweet title).

Week 1 is Underway!

Vladimir Guerrero was the most picked player for week 1 with 4 of you guys going with him. His teammate Torii Hunter was picked 3 times as was Hanley Ramirez. I remember last yr I picked Vladi in week 1, and he had about 4 hits...lets hope that continues...Good Luck this week.

Opening Day is Here!

Last night started it off, but there wasn't much action to speak of. A couple people picked Ryan Howard but he went 0-4...I will send out this weeks picks here shortly. It also appears that we have some cancellations already today...its pretty smart that TB is playing in Boston when its 80 degrees and a they have a dome in Tampa??
