Well we are 5 days from the first pitch of the 2009 season and Gary Sheffield is 1 HR shy from 500 in his career....he won't be getting #500 as a Tiger. He was released today by Detroit after a terrible spring thus far, and to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if his career is over...seems like he can't stay healthy anymore. As a Tribe fan, I am not happy about this, because they are better without ole Sheff.Remember to email me your Week 1 picks by Sunday and to also get your payment in if you haven't yet.
