Leader in RBIs - Chris Davis - 15 ...Playing 3B for the Rangers...also behind Beltre...prob not much playing time there either

So, what do these leaders mean...probably nothing, chances are none of these players will ever be picked...

RTTC 2011 Season Coming Soon

Well its been a long off season, its time to get back on the horse...the RTTC horse. Opening Day is THIS month...March 31st....time to get recruiting and get geared up for another season...With March Madness starting soon and to distract us, Opening Day will be here before you know it.

Changes this year -

$60 entry fee is the same...
Stud of the week gets paid $50 up from $25 last year
End of year winnings go to top 3 in each category (AVG, HR, RBI)

2010 Season Recap

- For the 3rd straight season(out of 3 seasons total) a Rookie has taken home the RTTC MVP and ROY - Punches - 2008, Whittlesey - 2009, and Jones - 2010...maybe we shouldn't recruit any newcomers for 2011...

- Clark Carroll set the HITS in a season record with 207, and BA Record with a .339 average

- Carl Jones absolutely dominated this season...He had 6 Stud of the week awards..became the 1st player in RTTC History to cash in all 3 categories...he set the all-time record for most "pts" in a season with 372..previous record was Whittlesey with 351...372 will be hard to break...it will take about 14.5 pts a week to do so...

- Only 8 out of 43 players didn't receive any winnings this year.
